Operation principles, security and account

1. Affiliate must comply with all provisions of this Agreement prior to its entry into force. By registering in the Affiliate Program under the terms of this Agreement, the Partner confirms his acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. By accepting the CatAffs Terms, the Partner confirms that he is 18 years of age or older.
3. Login and password were created to gain access to the CatAffs affiliate program system. Responsibility for ensuring the security of this data from third parties lies solely with the Partner. The Affiliate Program recommends using two-factor authentication to protect your account. CatAffs is not responsible for the security of this confidential data.
4. The CatAffs program may refuse to cooperate with any Partner without giving reasons.
5. Selling or transferring accounts to third parties without prior approval of the Affiliate Program is strictly prohibited.
6. The CatAffs Affiliate Program reserves the right to revise and change the Affiliate Program Rules without the consent of the Affiliate and without prior notice. The rules published on the Program website are considered valid. The chronology of changes to the Affiliate Program rules is not maintained.

Traffic, sources and restrictions

1. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to request information about the Affiliate’s traffic sources at any time. If the Affiliate refuses to provide information about the sources on which he advertises the casino, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to suspend payments to the Affiliate. For sites, you must specify the URL (or an alternative path to the domain), for media/traffic arbitrage – an example ad and a screenshot of the advertising account, for mailing – add the email support@cataffs.com in the mailing list and show the text and letter template, for public publications in social networks, streaming channels or mobile applications – use the correct links. If advertising is provided in languages not used in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate is required to translate it upon request.
2. The Affiliate Program uses a “last cookie wins” rule. This means that the player will be assigned to the Partner whose advertisement led to the player registering with CatCasino the last time.
3. The CatAffs Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to send emails to players using Affiliate’s own email databases only if the source of this data is specified. The text of the email must be approved in advance by the Affiliate Program and sent by a third party.
4. It is prohibited to attract players through spam mailings. If such a mailing is detected, the Affiliate Program may close the Partner’s personal account in the CatAffs system without paying out the funds earned and stored in the account.
5. Affiliates’ use of Branded Traffic is limited to the Affiliate Program through standard commission programs. For the CatCasino com project, RevShare commission for branded traffic is 20%. Branded traffic is traffic generated by vital queries containing the names of Affiliate Program projects in various versions, including with errors (typesquatting). Also included in the definition are sites with a design copied or similar to the original. It is strictly prohibited to use the names of projects of the Affiliate Program or the names of Affiliate Projects with numbers that may be similar to a project mirror for branded traffic, for example CatCasino1, CatCasino3, CatCasino22.
   If Affiliates want to use branded traffic, they must contact the Affiliate Program and agree the conditions under which the Affiliate Program can accept this traffic. In case of deliberate use of standard commissions for branded traffic and coverage of this information, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to suspend cooperation with the Partner.
6. The use of incentivized traffic is prohibited by the Affiliate Program. If such traffic is detected, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the Affiliate’s account without notice or payment of any funds held in the account.

Commission programs, negative carryover and sub-affiliate

1. The standard commission program is dynamic RevShare from 20% to 40%, which is calculated by the formula: RevShare=NGRPartner RevShare%; NGR=[Bet-Winnings-(Issued Bonuses-Canceled Bonuses)-(Positive Adjustments – Negative Adjustments)] – [Bet-Winnings-(Issued Bonuses-Canceled Bonuses)-(Positive Adjustments – Negative Adjustments)]Administrative collection%.
2. In the CatAffs affiliate program, you can work under CPA and hybrid (CPA + RevShare) programs. These programs are established on an individual basis by agreement between the Affiliate Program and the Partner and can be closed at any time after 24 hours after written notification to the Partner.
3. If an Affiliate operates under the RevShare flat commission model and fails to attract new players to affiliate program projects for 1 month or more, his/her RevShare flat commission may be changed to the standard commission program.
4. If in the billing period there were winnings by players that exceeded their funds, that is, if the players attracted by the Partner caused a loss to the Casino, then the Partner’s income for this billing period is zero;
5. If a Partner’s account has a negative balance in the current billing period, it will NEVER be carried forward to the next billing period. In such cases, the next billing period begins with a zero (not negative) value.
6. If an Affiliate has recruited someone who wants to become a new Affiliate (sub-Affiliate) and collaborate with the CatAffs Affiliate Program, the Affiliate who referred the new Affiliate will receive referral bonuses.
7. The size of referral bonuses is 5% of the earnings of all sub-partners for the billing period.

Use of promotional materials

1. The use of promotional materials (graphics, video, logo, layout elements, text) of our CatCasino project for the purpose of promoting the Partner’s own projects is prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, the Partner’s account may be blocked without any notification.
2. It is prohibited to modify the logos of the Affiliate Program Projects in any way, including changing fonts and colors or any other changes that conflict with the Brand Book.
3. The CatAffs affiliate program provides its Partners with various text and graphic materials (by prior agreement). Partners have the right to use any information from the casino website and casino lobby only in their own words. If the text is copied from the casino website “as is”, the Affiliate Program may terminate cooperation with the Affiliate or consider his traffic to be branded.
4. The affiliate program may require replacement of outdated links, screenshots, logos and other advertising materials; If the Partner refuses to replace them, the Affiliate Program may postpone payment for an indefinite period until replacement.
5. Information about CatCasino.com and any other Affiliate Program projects in Affiliate reviews must be accurate. In case of providing false information that differs from the information stated on the project websites, the Affiliate Program may suspend the partnership with the Partner.

Fraud, deception and misconduct

1. Affiliates are prohibited from owning and using their personal accounts in any casinos belonging to the CatAffs Affiliate Program through their own referral link. In case of violation of this rule, both partner accounts will be blocked and funds from both accounts will be debited. This decision is non-negotiable. This rule also applies to the Partner’s family members and people close to him.
2. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to change the Affiliate’s financial balance by the amount that the casino lost as a result of fraudulent activities of players attracted by the Affiliate. For this reason, the partner’s balance may be changed for an unlimited period of time after fraudulent activity is detected.
3. The Affiliate Program has the right not to pay the Partner earnings received under the CPA model in cases where the Partner attracts fake clients (players with multiple accounts, etc.). If the administration of the Affiliate Program notices any atypical behavior of players (for example, an atypically high percentage of players who do not return to the project after qualifying as a CPA), the partner’s income will be recalculated according to the RevShare standard. commission.
4. If an Affiliate intentionally provides the Affiliate Program with false information about traffic sources, this may result in termination of the partnership.
5. The Affiliate Program has the right to terminate the Agreement and block the Partner’s account with immediate effect by providing the Partner with written notice of termination in the event of: insults to the support and administration of the Affiliate Program and/or projects; misrepresentation of facts and/or false public statements about the Affiliate Program and/or projects. Misrepresentation of facts and/or false public statement is described as text, action or other manipulation of information on the part of the Partner, not supported by any evidence (screenshots, links, etc.). Text, image or any other digital form containing offensive language or any other direct/indirect insults may be considered insults to the support and administration of the Affiliate Program and/or projects.
6. If the Casino Administration or the Affiliate Program Administration has reason to suspect the Partner of violating the rules of the Affiliate Program during cooperation, his account may be blocked, and payments may be frozen for an indefinite period until the circumstances are clarified. If the audit concludes that a violation of the rules has occurred, the CatAffs Affiliate Program has the right not to pay payments to the Affiliate.
7. In case of controversial situations, the Partner is obliged to provide the Affiliate Program with an argument for his point of view and his vision of resolving the current situation. The CatAffs Affiliate Program is ready to consider all arguments presented by the Partner and find the most fair solution from the point of view of both sides. The decision made by the Affiliate Program cannot be challenged.

Payment procedure and terms

1. The billing period established by the CatAffs affiliate program is one month.
2. The Affiliate receives a commission in the Affiliate Program, which is calculated as a percentage of the casino’s net income from players attracted by the Affiliate. A partner can choose the most profitable commission model for him.
3. Income for the past billing period is accrued within five working days.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount from the Partner’s account is 50 euros for payment methods and 500 euros for bank transfer.
5. Payment details cannot be changed later than 5 business days before the end of the billing period and before the end of payments.
6. The administration may delay payments to partners whose players exhibit suspicious activity, or to new partners for a period of time that the Affiliate Program deems appropriate for verification.
7. If the Partner attracts less than 5 players for the first withdrawal, this may require additional verification of these players.
8. The Affiliate Program pays lifetime commissions on all programs until the Affiliate fulfills all of its obligations and does not cause reputational or financial damage to the Affiliate Program or its Projects.
9. The affiliate program may withhold payments for CPA or hybrid transactions for 14 days in the case of the first hold period and 7 days in subsequent hold periods.
